I handle client communication in a professional and consistent way. I reach out to both warm and cold leads through Whatsapp, e-mail or social media, follow up with those who've gone quiet, send consult reminders and assess new leads to make sure they're the right fit before booking them in.

CRM & Daily reports
I use a clear and structured CRM system to keep track of all client interactions. Every lead is carefully monitored and places into the right stage. Whether it's a new inquiry, a booked appointment, a lead that needs follow-up or one that has been completed. This allows us to stay on top of every contact and ensure no opportunity is lost. You'll also receive a daily summary report so you always know exactly what's been done.
